Cancellation / No-show Policy

There has recently been an increase of non-notification and no-show appointments. Unfortunately, this greatly affects our ability to serve other patients waiting for appointments. Kindly give at least a 12 hour notice to cancel or reschedule or a missed appointment fee may be charged. As always, we appreciate your trust in allowing us to care for your pets, and in your continued patience during these times of COVID related protocols.
